5. How can I get access to my past invoices?
| 1.1 | Do you have every floor plan? No. We strive to have most floor plans for most buildings but we do not have or guarantee to have ALL floor plans for every building. Before signing up you should verify that the plans actually exist. |

| 1.2 | In what format are the floor plans? The floor plans are provided in JPEG image format only (sample). If you require a vector format (ie. dwg or pdf) try a floorplan measure and drafting service. |
| 1.3 | Where do you get the floor plans from? The floor plans are obtained from the developer's original marketing materials and the strata plans. |
| 1.4 | Do the floor plans contain measurements? No. As the floorplans are sourced from the developer's original marketing materials which do not contain measurements. If you require measurements you can try one of the many floorplan measuring services. |
| 1.5 | I have noticed an error who do I tell? Please email correct@vancouverfloorplans.com if you have found an error on this site. |
| 1.6 | I can't find a floor plan what do I do? Try a search. We don't have floor plans for all Vancouver buildings so it is possible we don't have it, in this case try a google search, ask your REALTOR®. If you are just looking for the exterior dimensions of a property and are not concerned with the interior layout you can find this information on the registered strata plan (visit the BC Land Title Office, BC Online, Landcor Data Corporation or contact your REALTOR®). |

| 3.2 | How to cancel an account? 1) You can cancel your account anytime - the cancel button is to the left of the sign in panel at the top of the page. 2) This will be a recurring monthly charge, if you want to cancel your account after 1 month, you would need to click on the "cancel subscription" button at the top right hand corner of the website. Please refer to our website policy for more details. |

| 5.1 | How can I get access to my past invoices for VancouverFloorPlans or BCFloorPlans? All the invoices are emailed monthly to the registered email address of every User. In case you have accidently deleted those emails you can email us your request for past invoices on billing@vancouverfloorplans.com. |
